Thank you! I’ve talked to many people who think the left leg does nothing coming out of the back. For an entire year all I worked on was coming out of the back with one athlete (left and right leg) and he went from 45 to 54. I don’t think most people realize who important that left leg is.

Martin, Thanks for checking in. It looks like the new coach at UD is a hammer guy, so he may be doing something official with weight/hammer. I usually offer to do weight/hammer stuff after the official portion of our learn-by-doing, but usually at that point in the day, everybody is spent and ready to go home.
